Niagara Falls Travel Centres

While some may plan their trips down to the smallest detail before leaving the driveway other tend to fly by the seat of their pants. Whichever way you are, the 3 Official Visitor Information Centres operated by Niagara Falls Tourism can help with your plans. So whether it's a decision to make a last minute day trip, rain has interrupted the days "planned" events or you are just doing some research take advantage of these resources.

From directions to Niagara Falls attractions to finding a family-friendly restaurant to current events and shows, they know it all. The 3 Niagara Information Centres are located at:

  • Rainbow Bridge (Canadian side)
  • Main information centre in the heart of the Fallsview area at 5400 Robinson Street (Map)
  • QEW location at 5440 Stanley Ave. (Map)
The information centres are staffed with professional travel counselors steeped in local knowledge. They can really point you in the right direction whether it be towards a world famous attraction or something off the beaten path. They can also help with reservations for accomodations, golf and tours. There are lots of brochures, travel maps and handy coupon books to help as well.

Ontario Travel Information Centres are operated by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism (website). They are also an excellent source of information for activities throughout the Niagara Region and the province of Ontario.
